Florida Guided Quail Hunts

Private Land - Fully Guided

Experience classic southern quail hunting on carefully managed private Florida lands. Our fully guided quail hunts feature professionally trained pointing dogs, well-managed habitat, and personalized service that is designed to give you a safe, exciting, and authentic upland hunting experience.

Hunts take place on private property, so you’ll enjoy uncrowded fields, controlled pressure, and high-quality bird work. Whether you’re new to bird hunting or a seasoned wingshooter, we tailor each hunt to your pace and experience level.

Quail Hunting the Old Florida Way

There are still places in Florida where the pines stand tall, the wiregrass bends in the winter wind, and time moves a little slower. Our quail hunts are built around that feeling — a return to tradition. Located on over 3,000 acres of private ranch land in Northeast Florida, where the focus is as much on the experience as it is the birds.

Each hunt is carefully designed around a true mix of wild Florida quail and selectively released, flight-conditioned birds. This combination creates a hunt that feels natural, challenging, and authentic — unpredictable like wild birds, but consistent enough to deliver the classic covey-rise experience that hunters dream about.

Our hunts are powered by exceptional pointing dogs, bred and trained at the highest level. These dogs work with purpose, style, and patience. Watching them lock on point beneath longleaf pines and palmetto is often the moment hunters remember most — long after the day is over.

For full-day hunts, the experience extends far beyond the field. Guests are treated to a highly sought-after, chef-prepared ranch meal, served in true Southern fashion. It’s the kind of lunch people talk about long after the hunt — wild game, slow-cooked favorites, and simple, honest food done right.

And when the guns are cleaned and the dogs are watered, the best part often begins.

Afternoons and evenings are spent around the  fire — boots kicked off, stories swapped and drinks poured. The kind of easy camaraderie you only find in places like this.

No rush. No noise. No pressure. Just good people, good dogs, and wide-open Florida sky.

This isn’t a high-fence operation. It isn’t a rushed preserve shoot.

It’s a glimpse of Old Florida — done right

We Meet Every Expectation

You’ll meet your guide at our private property and go over safety procedures and shooting zones before heading into the field. Our experienced dogs will work the cover to locate birds and hold them on point.

We’ll pace the hunt around your comfort level with plenty of breaks. Coolers with ice-cold drinks are always available, and shaded rest areas make Florida hunts comfortable even in warmer months.

At the end of the hunt a plentiful meal & cold drinks are prepared, your birds are cleaned, packaged, and ready to take home.
